About Us

Pastor Chris Vrolijk is the founding pastor of Living Spring Church in Colorado Springs. 

Chris is a builder. He has spent the last two decades running his own business as a homebuilder and cabinet maker while helping plant three churches. In 2023, the Lord called him to take a large step of faith and leave the comfort of his business and commit himself fully to the Church. He now embarks on his life calling to build up the saints in Living Spring Church.

Chris has a deep love for the Church and has an unwavering conviction to see it walk in the fullness of what Christ called it to be. The Church has been commissioned to carry the banner of Jesus Christ into all the world; this means all cities, nations and tribes, but this also means into all corners of culture and society. To advance the mission of Jesus Christ, Pastor Vrolijk believes we must: raise up strong men and strong families, train and equip them for the work and ministry that the Lord has called them into, and commission them to advance the Kingdom forward. 

Chris is faithfully married to his wife Tavia and has 3 children.
